Chandler Family Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, owned and operated by Dr. Denise Chandler, D.C. We have served Northwest Arkansas families for 30 years.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier may apply to each message you send or receive. Chandler Family Chiropractic does not charge you for our SMS messages, but your carrier may. We are not responsible for any charges your carrier imposes. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We rely on third-party SMS gateway providers and your mobile carrier's network for delivery. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered, and we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by carriers, third-party providers, or network conditions.
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
